Terms of Service

QuikyChat is a messaging platform for the Magnus and Quiky ecosystem. One account per person. You must be at least 13 years old.

Acceptable use

No harassment. No CSAM. No spam. No automated abuse. Reported accounts go to human review. Violations result in suspension or ban.

Bots

Bots are subject to the same terms as human users. Bots must identify as bots. Commercial bots that handle payments must honor refund requests per the QuikyPay Terms.

Encryption

1:1 and small-group (≤256) messages are E2E encrypted — we cannot read them. Cloud chats (large groups, channels, bot chats) are encrypted at rest and readable by moderation tooling when reported.
